Are salon prices more expensive than wholesalers prices?

Eyelash perming treatments in salons are about £35, i want to know how much eyelash perming products and eyelash perming kits (from salon system and hive) are from wholesalers?
would it be cheaper to buy an eyelash perming kit from a wholesaler or go to salon and get an eyelash perming treatment for £35?
Wholesalers prices are cheaper than the salon prices for they also got all their products to the wholesalers. I knew this because my Aunt owns a beauty salon.
