Eye Lash Liner

Hi, ladies! We continue our series of articles about fashion and eyelashes. This time, I’m going to talk about an eye lash liner – one more tool that allows to have fabulous and sexy look. It seems I have tried all possible kinds of an eye lash liner. A bit later, I will tell you which one I believe is the best. And now, a few words about different types of eye lash liner.

Liquid liner

Want to warn you straight away that you will have to practice a lot before using a liquid eye lash liner. It is a colored liquid that you have to apply with a very thin, sharpened brush. This is exactly what makes this kind of eye lash liner a bit hard to use. The line that you make should be very thin, otherwise your look won’t be natural. By the way, a liquid eye lash liner will perfectly suit those who wear false lashes.

Powder-like liner

Most likely, you will find this product in the form of a stick. Powder-like eye lash liner is applied with a bit wet brush. The result that you will get is similar to that of a liquid liner. Still, definitely a powder-like liner is much easier to use.

Cream liner

Cream eye lash liner is produced in small jars, and you have to apply it with a wet brush. This kind of liner dries out a bit faster than a liquid liner, doesn’t get smudged on your face, and is easy to use.

Pencil liner

It seems to be the most widely used type of eye lash liner, and this is exactly what I prefer to use. Today, you can find pencils with different textures. Yet, most of them are silicone based, which makes them easy to apply and shade. There are two rules that you should remember about a pencil eye lash liner:

1. It’s better to buy a waterproof pencil;
2. Your pencil should be always sharp.
